| Dr. John M. Herbick
graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree
from Northern Illinois University. He received
his medical degree from the College of
Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in
Iowa. Dr. Herbick completed his residency
training at Rush-Christ Family Practice and has
been in practice since 1986.
