Welcome from PHA
PHA was formed by the coming together of a number of local
physicians who had served the Orland Park and surrounding
communities for over 25 years. We are a physician-owned group
practice that offers its patients a variety of diagnostic
testing and professional services.
Our Mission
The Primary Health Associate Physicians Group recognizes the
value of every person and strives to provide excellent and
compassionate primary healthcare services. We demonstrate this
by providing exceptional patient focused, family centered,
community orientated clinical care.
